Description:

This is a simple one (1) page release of lien form. When whatever debt caused the lien to be put is place is paid or settled, the person holding the lien (the lien holder) should sign this and deliver it to the person whose property is encumbered by the lien, and the county recorder if necessary. It is Utah specific, but can be used pretty much anywhere.
